1. Click 'Email Accounts' in the Mail section.
2. Click the More button which corresponds to the appropriate email account.
3. Select the Access Webmail option from the menu.
4. Enter the password in the appropriate field.
5. Click the Log in button.
Default/Catchall Email Account:
If you see a 'Default Email Account' section within the 'Email Accounts' area, this is a special email account set up when your cPanel account is created by your web host. This IS NOT a working mailbox and should not be used for receiving or sending mail. It's used for catching mail that was sent to your domain at an address that doesn't exist. All though you can log into webmail for this account to view/delete any messages you receive here, you cannot reply or send out messages. When logging into webmail for your main email address, be sure you are not accidentally logged into this generic/default mail account. If you are, click the logout button in your webmail client and log back in using your FULL domain mail address as the username and whatever your email password is.
