Here is the explanations for each of the categories for the All Month tab in site statistics.
This is the number of actual people who visited the site for the entire month.
Visitors per Day:
This is the average number of visitors your site had per day for that month.
This is how many unique visitors your site had during that month. Unique visitors are logged by IP address. If a visitor returns to the site from the same location or device, that return visit is not counted as a unique visitor.
This is the percentage of visitors that are unique. If this percentage is high, you have a lot of new visitors. If it is low, you have a lot of returning visitors.
Collective number of pages viewed that month.
This is the number of files that has been accessed that month. This is not the page count. For example, if a visitor goes to your main page, all images, as well as the files that make up the page itself would generate 1 hit each. This is why the number is so much higher than your Pages stat.
This is how much bandwidth is used that month.
The Visitors each Month and Visitors each Year will show you the same information, however, the Visitors each Yearsection will show you the information for the whole year.
