- Hourly Support Rate: $50/hour
Requires a 30 minute minimum
- Mini-Updates: $10
Basic changes that take 10 minutes or less
- Rush Changes: $100/hour
Allows jumping ahead in the queue for a faster turnaround, but availability isn't guaranteed. To request, put 'RUSH JOB' in the ticket subject and we'll let you know if we can expedite the ticket.
- Free Support Situations: $0

Why I Charge For Support
As a freelance designer, it's not realistic for me to offer support services without being compensated for my time. This is especially true given the number of clients I support. Even small requests that only take a few minutes add up to a major block of time each week given the volume of tickets coming. Please provide me with the same courtesy you'd expect from your own clients with regards to time invested.
However, payment is NOT REQUIRED for any of the following situations:
- Answering questions or providing usage instructions
- Fixing a problem caused by a bug in VedaCMS
- Fixing something that was the result of my own error or a problem with the server
- VedaCMS upgrades that take LESS THAN 30 minutes to complete
For anything else, please understand an invoice will be generated for the amount of time required to complete your request.
