- Login to your FormSentry.com account
- Click on the form title to expand its sub-menu and then click on the 'Edit' link
- To edit an existing field
Click on it and then adjust the field info in the options which appear on the right. You can change the label, size, 'is required' and other options depending on the type of field it is.
- To add a new field
Click the 'Add Field' button toward the bottom of your form and then select the type of field it is. This new field gets added to the bottom of the form. Drag it to the position you want it to be in and edit the label, size & other details from the options shown in the right panel.
- To delete a field, click on it and then click the 'Delete' button
